Sarah is Deputy Executive Director of People and Governance and Senior HR Consultant for Real People. Sarah has extensive experience of a wide range of HR work in both voluntary and commercial organisations, including: employee relations, investigations, restructuring, TUPE, business planning and strategy, organisational development, employee engagement and pay and reward.
With excellent project management skills, Sarah is highly experienced at dealing with complex HR issues and projects. She has developed a number of high impact HR strategies for customer organisations and has worked with those organisations to make sure that the strategies get implemented. Sarah has an excellent knowledge of employment law, but is also well versed in making pragmatic business decisions and highly analytical, making her the ideal problem solver for any situation.
Sarah’s experience and expertise is widely recognised and she is regularly asked to speak on HR topics at conferences and seminars. Sarah is a Fellow of the CIPD and certified in psychometric testing (Level A and Level B) as well as being an accredited Workplace Mediator (holding the Mediation Practioner's Certificate).
