Saimah holds an MSc in Globalisation and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and as such is a member of the CIPD. Working with Real People for 6 years now, Saimah has gained significant practical experience in working with, training and coaching managers at all levels on all aspects of people management.
Most recently Saimah worked as Interim HR Manager for one of our customers, leading our team to support the customer to deliver a significant and transformational change to their organisational culture - a project that has been shortlisted for a number of industry awards for her, and the team's, partnership approach and the impact of our work.
On a day to day basis, Saimah works with our wide range of commercial and voluntary sector organisations on complex HR issues such as managing TUPE processes, challenging and complex employee relations cases and designing and implementing organisational wide restructures.
Saimah is adept at taking a strategic approach when working with her customers and provides support to ensure that they have fit for purpose HR processes in place to deliver on their key objectives.
Saimah is the lead consultant on our Management Development training programme, receiving consistently excellent feedback on her delivery and supporting her colleagues to learn the course and deliver to equally high standards. Her collaborative and engaging training style means managers are truly bought into the concepts that she teaches and can see how their new skills will benefit them back in the work place.
Although Saimah is a highly skilled generalist across all areas of HR and people management, she has a particular interest in recruitment and selection. With her British Psychological Society accredited Level A qualification in psychometric testing, Saimah has supported many of our customers to recruit to the most senior level positions including Chief Executive.
