Sadly, in a few weeks time I will be bidding a fond adieu to the Real People team and taking up a position in a business psychology firm in Covent Garden. I will sorely miss being a Real People person, and I can honestly say that I have never worked with such an amazing team. It’s a great feeling to love your job, and as we are talking about workplace culture this month, I thought it might be nice to share what I have learnt about fostering a positive culture from working at Real People.

The candidates I speak of tend to be individuals who are talented, engaged and loyal and these applicants can be picky about the jobs they apply for and accept, simply because they have the skills and personal characteristics that make them highly desirable for organisations.

They are begrudgingly completed but not before many questions are asked: “Why do these things exist?” “What do they actually do?” “How is the information going to be used?”
