Kate Maclean, Administration Officer![]() Sadly, in a few weeks time I will be bidding a fond adieu to the Real People team and taking up a position in a business psychology firm in Covent Garden. I will sorely miss being a Real People person, and I can honestly say that I have never worked with such an amazing team. It’s a great feeling to love your job, and as we are talking about workplace culture this month, I thought it might be nice to share what I have learnt about fostering a positive culture from working at Real People.
